Who we are

What this website collects
- Site visit form. The form does not send anything to our servers. When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message that contains the details you typed (name, WhatsApp number, project, date, time and notes). The message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp.
- KPR calculator. All calculations run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent or stored.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Analytics, only with consent. If you allow analytics, anonymous page-view statistics are collected without cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
How we use what you send us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your details to answer your questions, arrange site visits and share information about our projects. We do not sell your data.
WhatsApp and other services
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and the Sikumbang register open those services, which have their own policies.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a purchase, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Contact us at ptbcaestate@gmail.com or (0361) 9313991.
