Project information
The website gives general information about our housing projects. Prices, unit availability, house types and specifications are determined by the developer and can change without notice. Information marked “Not yet confirmed” has not been confirmed for publication. Always confirm the current details with our marketing team before making a decision.
Home loans (KPR)
KPR approval, interest rates, fees and loan terms are determined by the bank. Eligibility for subsidized programmes is set by the bank and the government. The KPR calculator gives an estimate only, based on the numbers you enter and a single fixed rate. It is not an offer or a loan approval.

Images on this website are illustrations. Photos labelled “Illustrative photo” are stock photos and do not show our projects. Generated illustrations stand in for project photos that are not yet available. Actual houses, materials, layouts and surroundings may differ.
Booking and purchase
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A purchase is governed only by the written agreements you sign with the developer, the bank and the notary.

The BCA Land name, logo and website content belong to PT. Bumi Cempaka Asri or are used under licence. Stock photos are used under the Pexels License.
